SOLUTION: For an information service mechanism by Internet WWW, a human resource retrieval and assignment system is provided which establishes real-time work information, realized by letting person in charge of user oneself retrieve, on engineers consisting of an engineer DB storing engineer skill and condition information, a recorded result DB storing company result data, etc., and has an intermediate enterprise excluding system implemented when an engineer is registered. |
