PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent power re-interruption in a sound power distribution system section by discriminating a recoverable accident to be naturally recovered and a accident continuing without recovery, and rapidly finishing a power retransmission in the case of the recoverable accident, or canceling the power retransmission. SOLUTION: An accident recovery discriminating means for discriminating whether an accident is recovered by supplying a small current to a fault section is provided in parallel with respective section switches. Thus, recovery of the system is confirmed, before the switch is closed. Since the switch is made so as not to be closed directly, when the accident continues, by discriminating whether the accident is recovered before the switch is closed, it is sufficient that power interruption in a sound section, when an accident recovering operation of the power distribution system, is conducted only once. |
