PURPOSE: A folder-type cellular phone for easily replacing a case is provided to decrease the cost and inconvenience required in a front upper replacement by easily replacing the front upper and changing a cellular phone as a desired color. CONSTITUTION: A sliding groove(22) is formed at a side of a front lower(20), and is inserted into a sliding rail(13) composed at a side of a front upper(10). A side of a locking knob(30) is contacted with a dissection groove(21) composed an end of the front lower(20). A central knob(31) is protrusively accepted in the locking knob(30). A hook(32) is composed in one side of the locking knob(30). An elastic body(40) is elastically installed at a lower side of the locking knob(30) for pushing the knob(30) at an upper side. A knob cover(50) controls a forward flow of the locking knob(30). A hook(11) is composed at the end of the front upper(10), and is combined with the locking hook(32) composed in the locking knob(30).
