PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal, its control method and a recording medium which eliminate a need of accepting an unnecessary incoming call in the busy state to perform smooth speaking. SOLUTION: After a busy incoming selection request message is sent, a second line is connected to an analog signal detection unit 109 (step S9), and the detection of a DTMF signal from the second line is started by the analog signal detection unit 109. It is discriminated whether a prescribed DTMF signal as a busy incoming request signal has been detected from the second line or not (step S10). When it is not detected, it is discriminated whether a prescribed time T (for example, 10 seconds) has passed after sending of the busy incoming selection request message or not (S11). When it has passed, the connection to the second line is disconnected (step S12) because it is judged that the other party Y (originating subscriber side) doesn't want busy incoming. Since the busy incoming is not reported to a user speaking through a first line at this time, speaking on the first line is not hindered.
