PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layout of a draw false-twist texturing apparatus, capable of allowing one operator to thread a yarn on the first feed roller, the first heater and the second heater, capable of providing extremely superior operability, and good in installation efficiency. SOLUTION: A yarn-feeding device comprising a preheater 23 for preheating a yarn Y, and the first feed roller 27 for taking out the yarn Y from a raw thread package 11, and a false-twisting and relax-heat-treating device comprising the second feed roller having a peripheral speed faster than that of the first feed roller 27, a false-twisting tool 31 for twisting the yarn Y, and the second heater 35 for carrying out a relax heat treatment, are arranged so as to face to each other and put an operator passage A between them. The first heater 41 for heat-setting the twist going upstream along the yarn Y from the yarn- feeding device, and a cooling plate are arranged at the upper part of the false- twisting and relax-heat-treating device, and winding devices 51 having automatically exchanging devices are arranged at the opposite side of the operator passage of the false-twisting and relax-heat-treating device.
