摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption and improve efficiency by lengthening the on-time of a switching element in a self-excited oscillating chopper circuit and lowering oscillating frequency. SOLUTION: This self-excited oscillating chopper circuit repeats the operation of passing charging current through the capacitor 7 via the inductor 5, by changing a capacitor 7 through an inductor 5 when the switching element 1 is turned on, turning off a transistor 2 controlling the switching element to turn the switching element 1 off when the voltage of the capacitor 7 is increased, and turning on the transistor 2 and the switching element 1 when discharging current runs through a load 24 from the capacitor 7 and the voltage of the capacitor 7 is decreased, where the emitter of the transistor 2 is connected to between IC4 for output voltage detection and a ground resistance 22.
