PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-position solenoid valve device that can recover part of air exhausted from an actuator and reduce the air consumption. SOLUTION: While a first and a second electromagnetic pilot valve 5a and 5b are both in off positions, a first main valve 4a is switched to an exhaust side so as to close between an inlet port P and a first outlet port A and open between the first outlet port A and a first exhaust valve 2a. A second main valve 4b is also switched to an exhaust side so as to close between the inlet port P and a second outlet port B and open between the second outlet port B and a second exhaust valve 2b. The first exhaust valve 2a closes a first exhaust port R with the pilot pressure from the second electromagnetic pilot valve 5b, and the second exhaust valve 2b closes a second exhaust port S with the pilot pressure from the first electromagnetic pilot valve 5a. The first and second out ports A and B are interconnected via an interexhaust-valve passage 3.
