PURPOSE: A hook plate for a charger and its manufacturing method are provided to increase the productivity by compensating the assemble error at the connection part between the hook plate and the other components and by adjusting the elasticity. CONSTITUTION: The hook plate for a charger comprises a contact hinge for contacting and supporting the battery, a hook plate body(120), and a connection hole(52) formed on a connection unit(50). The hook plate body has a fixing part(126) for connecting with the hinge at its upper part, a fixing part(122) formed on its lower part for linking with the connection hole by the connection unit(46), and a hook height adjusting part(124) formed by a hole(124a). The contact hinge protrudes inwardly from the inner side of the upper case. The hook plate body is trapezoid type and the hook height adjusting part is circular type. The manufacturing method includes the step of forming the hinge connection unit to link with the contact hinge, forming the body to make the hook plate body, bending the hook plate body by forming a plurality of curves, and forming the hook height adjusting part.
