PURPOSE: A molding method of a front case for a cellular phone is provided to shorten the assembling processes and reduce the manufacturing costs by molding the front case as well as various components kept in the front case integrally through preforming an inserting molding process. CONSTITUTION: Each graphic pattern(10) of a housing and a key button is printed on the print surface of a film(100), and coating material(20) for pattern protecting is coated over the graphic patterns. The film is heat-treated in a frame and molded to the shape of a front case having the outer case of the housing, an irregular portion(30) and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) window(40) of the key button. Then, transparent resin(50) is injected into a hollow portion of the film having the same shape as the outer case of the front case. The transparent resin is solidified in each forming portion of the housing, the irregular portion and the LCD window of the key button. The outer case of the front case is made by the transparent resin filling the housing, the key button is formed by the transparent resin in the irregular portion, and the outer case of the LCD window is obtained by the transparent resin in the LCD window. A gap is formed between the transparent resin of the irregular portion and the housing. Thereby, the transparent resin of the irregular portion functions as the key button to be compressed in a range of the gap.
