PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To necessarily position a toner discharge hole upper in exchanging a toner cartridge. SOLUTION: This toner adding device is equipped with the toner cartridge 16 consisting of a cylindrical container 60 having a spiral projection inside and a cap 160 equipped with the toner discharge hole 161, and a driving device 20 supplying toner from the toner discharge hole while holding and rotating the cap 160 of the cartridge 16. A positioning part 63 is formed on the base end side of the container 60 and a recessed part 18C fit to the positioning part is formed on an entrance holder 18. The device 20 is equipped with a holder 21 and a holder cover 22, a cup-like holder guide 35 provided rotatably inside the holder and the holder cover and holding the cap 160, a motor 26 giving rotational force to the guide 35 and a driving gear 30 transmitting the rotational force to the guide 35. A handle for holding 67 is provided on the base of the container 60 of the cartridge 16. |
