PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SPDT switch which can be miniaturized and whose cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: The drain of a first FET Q3 is connected to a first terminal P1, the source of a second FET Q4 is connected to a second terminal P2, and the source of the first FET Q3 and the of the second FET Q4 are directly connected and are connected to a common terminal P3. A pinch-off voltage Vp1 of the first FET Q3 is set to the range of 0>Vp1>α-γand a pinch-off voltage Vp2 of the second FET Q4 is set to the range of 0>Vp2>γ-β. Then, a fixed potentialγis applied to a second control terminal P8, potentialsαandβare applied to a first control terminal P7 while potentialsαare switched to/from potentialsβ, and only one of first and second terminals P1 and P2 is made conductive to the common terminal P3. Thus, since the switch can be changed over only by changing the potential to be impressed to one control terminal, miniaturization and cost reduction of the switch can be resalzed.
