PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem due to the fact that the circuit scale increases because an arithmetic circuit detecting a frame phase difference caused by a distance difference between transmission lines adopting a redundancy configuration is required. SOLUTION: The system has a transmitter 10 that transmits data multiplexed on data frames each with a frame number added thereto, a 0 system transmission line 20A and a 1 system transmission line 20B having different transmission distances, and a receiver 30 that includes a 0 system reception system 30A and a 1 system reception system 30B receiving data through each transmission line and provided to each transmission line and a selector 40 uninterruptibly selects the data received by each reception system in a no-hit fashion. A 1 system read control circuit 80B being a standby system reads and outputs a data frame from the same memory areas as a memory area accessed by a 0 system read control circuit 80A in the same read timing as the 0 system read control circuit 80A on the basis of an area number of the memory noticed by a 0 system read number notice circuit 90A being an active system.
