PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the operation of access to the Internet by displaying a dial window for inputting a number corresponding to a URL on the picture of access equipment as necessary. SOLUTION: When performing access to the Internet by using numbers preliminarily assigned corresponding to an URL, a dial window 1 is displayed on the picture of the access equipment of a user as necessary, and numbers are inputted by number inputting means 4 and 5, and the inputted numbers are displayed by a number displaying means 6 of the dial window 1, and after the displayed numbers are confirmed, access is started by an access start means 9. Then, the access to the Internet is performed by using the numbers, and designated data are obtained.
