PURPOSE: An interior floor panel is provided to isolate an impact and noise by absorbing then with structure forming plural air pockets in the floor panel of synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing interior floor panel comprises a soft synthetic resin plate(1) freely expanding or shrinking; plural air pockets(2) mounted on the soft synthetic resin plate; connect units(3) installed on front and left faces of the soft synthetic resin with a specific width; plural protrusions(11) formed on left and front faces of the connect unit of the soft synthetic resin plate to combine with the floor panel; and plural connecters(12) positioned in accordance with the protrusions. The connecters are formed on a rear and right faces of the soft synthetic resin plate. If a portion of the floor panel is pressed, air is compressed and extended to outside. Thereby, the air expansion is absorbed by the air pockets to isolate noise generated in the floor panel.
