PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curb block, which is conspicuous even in the case of rainy weather and can contribute to careful driving by utilizing a contrast between a section reaching dark gray by moistening by rain and a section maintaining bright gray by repelling water even by moistening by rain. SOLUTION: The curb block A is installed into a ground under the state in which a front 11 and a top face 12 are exposed. A water repellent surface 4 in which water repellent finishing is executed to a concrete texture is formed to an R chamfering section 3 formed at the corner section of the front and the top face, and a front section and a top face section excepting the water repellent surface are formed to a texture surface 5 left as it is the concrete texture.
