PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide facsimile machine capable of shifting to an energy saving state even when time designated operation is preliminarily set and further releasing the energy saving state to perform the designated operation when the designated time arrives. SOLUTION: This machine is provided with a time measuring part 31 that can be managed by a system controlling part 25 (including an energy saving state managing part 13), and when the time designated operation is set in a normal state, a designated time is set in the part 31 before shifting to an energy saving mode. When the designated time arrives in the energy saving state, the part 25 releases the energy saving state and performs the time designated operation at the designated time. |
