摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share an original substrate, capable of obtaining plural counter substrates with attached micro lenses by division, among counter substrates with various sizes, to minimize wasteful regions even when a defect exists in a part of the micro lenses and to reduce a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A micro lenses part 122 is formed on the full surface of the counter substrate 120 with the attached micro lenses without distinction between a display pixel region and a nondisplay pixel region. A TFT(thin film transistor) substrate 110 and a counter substrate 120 are aligned and joined together by deciding the coincidence of an alignment mark 112 of the TFT substrate 110 and a pitch of the micro lenses part 122 of the counter substrate 120 with each other. A micro lenses part 142 is formed on the full surface of the original substrate 140 to manufacture the counter substrates 120 by the division. Consequently so far as the counter substrate 120 is provided with the micro lenses part 122 with the identical pitch, it is manufactured by dividing the original substrate 140 selecting an arbitrary region with an arbitrary size.
