<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus, for the measurement of the electric resistance of a circuit board, by which an anticipated electric resistance can be measured with high accuracy regarding an electrode, to be inspected, even with reference to the circuit board having the electrode, to be inspected, in a small size and which can the manufactured easily and to provide a measuring method. SOLUTION: The measuring apparatus, for the measurement of the electric resistance of the circuit board in accordance with this invention is formed in such a way that a circuit board, for one-face-side inspection, comprising a plurality of inspection electrodes is provided and that a connector member which is installed on the surface of the circuit board for one- face-side inspection is provided. The connector member is composed of an insulating base body, surface-side terminals, rear-side terminals and a short-circuit member which electrically short-circuits the adjacent surface-side terminals. Electrodes, to be inspected, on one side are set to a measuring state that they are connected electrically to the plurality of inspection electrodes via the connector member. Two out of the plurality of inspection electrodes connected electrically to one designated electrode, to be inspected, on one face side are used as an electrode for current supply and an electrode for voltage measurement. Thus, the electric resistance regarding the electrodes to be inspected is measured.</p> |
