PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both the disabled and a healthy person to share a keyboard. SOLUTION: This multi-contact switch 10 is provided with the touch sensor 1 of a key top, an intermediate sensor 3 coming into contact at an intermediate position, a fixed sensor 5 coming into contact at the bottom, a pressure application adjusting part 2 adjusting the pressurizing force of a key at the position of the sensor 3, and a stroke adjusting part 4 adjusting the position of the sensor 5 on the bottom to change strokes of a key in order to function respective multiple contacts in accordance with the physical conditions of a key user. Because an output controlling part 6 which selects and outputs the contact senses of the respective sensors 1, 3 and 5 receiving an on signal on a prescribed condition can also be provided, an inputting person with a weak muscle can set the output of the sensor 1, the visually handicapped can set the counting of the sensor 3 or an inputting person with a strong touch can set the output of the sensor 5 of the longest stroke with reinforced pressure, and the part 6 counts the senses of the sensors and ascertains an output. A keyboard can be formed by arranging plurality of multi-contact switches 10 in plane.
