BATTERY AND COOLING SYSTEM TO BE USED AS BATTERY CHARGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery and a cooling system used as a battery charger which can be operated for a longer time without lowering an operation frequency of a battery-driven information processor. SOLUTION: A cell 12 for storage and a heat storage material pack 15 are packaged together inside a battery pack 2. Heat from a heat generation source inside the information processor is absorbed and stored via a heat pipe by the heat storage material pack 15. The heat storage material pack 15 is taken to the outside and cooled after completion of thermal storage. Making of a fanless information processor and reduction of power consumption are realized by an effect of a heat storage material by the heat storage material pack 15, the information processor is constantly operated at full speed and time of a battery operation is lengthened.
