<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a circumference cut correctly and easily on the outside of a coated wire. SOLUTION: This cutter is structured with the first and second cutters 1, 5, that are rotatable into a state that the coated wire 9 is supported with a hinge 7 as a fulcrum and into a support-releasing state, a fixed support means 11 that fixed the free ends of the first and second cutters 1, 5 and releases the fixed state, wire support parts 21, 23 that supports the wire 9 at three points in total, one on either one of the first and second cutters 1, 5 and two on the other, a cutter blade 27 that cuts the outside circumference of the wire 9 supported by the wire support parts 21, 23 provided on either one of the first and second cutters 1, 5, and a pair of right and left handle operating parts 25 provided on either one of the first and second cutters 1, 5. The handle operating parts 25 are gripped and rotated 360 degrees to a cut in the circumferential direction.</p> |
