<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable speed control regardless of load. SOLUTION: A pump 1 connected to an electric motor 2 is provided with a rotating speed detector 3. The encoder value ec from the rotating speed detector 3, the rotating speed command value from a controller 4, and three-phase alternating current values R, S, T are inputted to a driver 5, and the rotating speed of the electric motor 2 is controlled by a closed loop on the basis of the output value from the driver 5. An actuator can thereby be stably controlled without being influenced by the heat generation of the electric motor 2 and the magnitude of load.</p> |
