<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating pump capable of completely preventing the leakage of a fluid toward an outside of a pump, simplifying a structure, having durability, and facilitating high delivery pressure. SOLUTION: A cylinder chamber S of a pump cylinder 2 and a leading-in chamber communicated with fluid leading passages 11A, 11B are sectioned by end part walls 2A, 2B to which a rod 6 for holding a pump piston 5 is penetrated, and fluid inlets P1, P2 for only making a fluid flow from the leading-in chamber side to the cylinder chamber S side by check valves 7A, 7B are formed on the end part wall 2A, 2B. On the inside of the leading-in chamber, one side of a circumferential edge part is fixed to the rod 6 side, and the other side thereof is sealed from an outside by deformable sealing members (bellow seals 18A, 18B) which are fixed to the leading-in chamber side.</p> |
