ELECTRIC DIPOLE LAYER CAPACITOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely lead out a plurality of electrode tabs from the desired positions of the end face of a capacitor element. SOLUTION: Polarizable electrode layers are formed on both surface sides of a beltlike metallic foil, and the electrode bodies of an anode and a cathode are obtained while the electrode bodies of the anode and the cathode are wound so as to be superposed through a separator. The polarizable electrode layers formed on each metallic foil are removed during the winding of the electrode bodies, the electrode tabs are mounted on the metallic foil exposed by removal, and a plurality of the electrode tabs are fitted at arbitrary positions by continuing the winding of the electrode bodies.
