<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater aerator with improved agitating force of water and air solubility by improving the outlet shape of a discharge port of the underwater aerator t allow discharge flow to reach far. SOLUTION: This underwater aerator is provided with a casing with a suction port 1a and the discharge port 2a; an impeller 3 rotatably disposed in the casing; and an air lead-in pipe 5 for leading air into the casing. The underwater aerator is installed underwater and rotates the impeller 3 to mix water sucked from the suction port 1a, with air led in through the air lead-in pipe 5 and to discharge the mixture from the discharge port 2a. In this case, the outlet shape of the discharge port 2a of the casing is formed in circular or elliptic shape.</p> |
