PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit that provides different phase offset (phase rotation) amounts to a plurality of signals with a simplified circuit configuration and reduced power consumption. SOLUTION: A plurality of phase offset control sections 23, each of which has a fixed phase offset (phase rotation) amount are provided. The signals with the same offsets are selected from among input signals as a common group and assigned to the phase offset control sections 23. In this case, a 1st multiplexer 21 multiplexes the signals of the same group, a limiter 22 limits the multiplexed signals, the phase offset control sections 23 give a prescribed offset to the signals and a 2nd multiplexer 24 multiplexes all the signals.
