PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle communication terminal equipment capable of surely performing toll giving an receiving processing by eliminating the influence of RF wave reflection from the design gantry of a guide board for toll giving and receiving provided above the vehicle passing gate of a tollbooth. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with an IC card reader/writer capable of reading and writing information stored on an IC card while loading the IC card on a case body so as to be able to put in and to pull out, a communication processing part for performing communication control and an RF module, the device has an electric field intensity of the communication start level and an electric field intensity of the RF communication ability level concerning the passing information of a vehicle with a fixed terminal, and the RF communication ability level is set to any level of -70 dBm to -80 dBm when the vehicle is located within at least 2 m from an entrance side sensor for setting a communication area. |
