PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release a person to enter/leave a room from complicatedness for the procedure of authentication each time that person enters/leaves the room. SOLUTION: In this personal authenticating device, by comparing biometrics information stored in a biometrics information storage part with biometrics information acquired by a biometrics information acquiring part, an authentication part authenticates whether or not a person to be identified is the person himself or herself, on the basis of the result authenticated by the authentication part, a completion/non-completion data preparing part prepares completion/non- completion data showing the identity authentication of the person to be identified is completed or not and on the basis of the completion/non-completion data, a completion/non-completion judging part judges whether the person to be identified is already authenticated or not. |
