PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method and a system which can make efficient inquiry and reservation processings specially a regarding, a transportation schedule, when a customer's request to transport a load is processed. SOLUTION: The customer selects a transportation schedule meeting his needs out of transportation schedules provided by plural transportation companies through a server and follows inquiry and reservation procedures regarding the selected transportation schedule, and a transportation company agent sends the freight of the selected transportation schedule and relative reservation data back to the customer through a server, which stores the records of those inquiry and reservation in its database. |
