PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve denitration efficiency by efficiently hydrolyzing and vaporizing urea water within a carburetor and to prevent the reducing agent from remaining an solidifying within the carburetor. SOLUTION: In this NOx removal system the carburetor 11 having a ring- shape in cross section with a hollow part 11a is constituted to shorten a distance between a heat source (exhaust gas G) and aqueous urea (hydrolyzable and vaporizable aqueous urea) and to sufficiently quicken responses to hydrolysis and vaporization of aqueous urea is supplied to only an outer peripheral part 11b of the carburetor 11. By using a rectangular and planar type, a blade type or an ellipsoidal carburetor in place of the carburetor 11, resistance for a flow passage of exhaust gas G can be reduced. An outer wall surface of the carburetor is formed into a bellows shape or a irregular shape to increase contact area of exhaust gas for the carburetor. In the case of a power generator of large capacity, a plurality of carburetors having sufficiently quick responsiveness to hydrolysis and vaporization of aqueous urea may be provided within a exhaust gas pipe. |
