<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide regional symbiosis plant facilities supplying energy such as electricity, heat, etc., foods and drinking water, medical treatment, information, etc., to the circumferential regions even in case of disaster such as a large earthquake. SOLUTION: The regional symbiosis plant facilities are provided with a nuclear power generation plant 1 provided on a seismic isolator 3 and a concentration difference energy separation and utilization plant 2. The concentration difference energy separation and utilization plant 2 is provided with a turbine power generator 20 generating power by incorporating the heat generated by the nuclear power plant 1 by a water/ammonia mixed medium cycle, a refrigerant generating device 21 generating low-temperature refrigerant from the mixed medium, and an ice production device 22 producing ice by the refrigerant.</p> |
