PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and remove particulate matters from exhaust of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: Exhaust is rotated within the device, particulate matters contained in the exhaust is separated by the centrifugal force and the exhaust from which particulate natters are separated is discharged from an exhaust outlet D of the device to the outside. If necessary, water is sprayed or jetted in the exhaust to separated particulate matters together with water droplets.
