PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice coil used for various acoustic units and a loudspeaker using the voice coil that have excellent quality stability and an excellent high withstanding input through the improvement of the strength and heat resistance. SOLUTION: Holes 23H, 24H, 25H are provided at a joint between a voice coil bobbin 22 and a bumper, a joint between the voice coil bobbin 22 and a diaphragm and a position needing soldering with a voice coil lead wire 14 on the voice coil bobbin 22, and a heat resistant reinforcing paper sheet 26 without a hole is wound on the surface of the voice coil bobbin 22 at least by one layer or over and adhered.
