PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker with illumination that attains the leveling up and the versatility of an illumination effect of the loudspeaker. SOLUTION: The loudspeaker with illumination 10 is provided with a yoke 11 having a vent hole 11a, a center cap 17 placed on a diaphragm 16 and having translucency, a cylinder 25 that has a space at the side of the center cap 17 and fixed at the bottom of the center cap 17 at its side end, a light source 22 placed in the space, a bobbin 23 that is fixed to the cylinder 25 and extended to the outside or the inside or the yoke 11 from the cylinder 25 in the direction of the yoke 11, and an induction coil 24 that is wound on the bobbin 23 and generates an induced electromotive force to supply a current to the light source 22 in following to a motion of the digital signal 16 in a magnetic flux from a magnet 12.
