PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently confirming characteristics without waste when confirming the frequency characteristics of a high frequency resonator or band filter. SOLUTION: Concerning this producing method, sheet resistance is measured by using a sheet resistance measuring instrument for the thin film of a metal conductor provided all over the surface of a piezoelectric substrate and the frequency characteristics of the high frequency resonator or band filter are confirmed from the value of the sheet resistance.
