PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an airtight electronic part which can reduce improper sealing. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an airtight electronic part mounts and temporarily fixes a metallic lid member 4 for sealing a cavity 21 on a sealing conductor 5, and then welds the entire periphery of the lid member 4 on the sealing conductor 5. A zone for temporary fixing of the lid member 4 to the conductor 5 is formed out of a welding zone N.
