PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of recording and/or reproducing operation of information to and from a disk-shaped recording medium by preventing the advance of dust into a cartridge body. SOLUTION: A first loading section 71 on which the outer peripheral part of a shutter cover 62 is placed and a second loading section 72 which exists on the inner side of this first loading section 71 and on which the outer peripheral part of the shutter cover 62 is placed are respectively formed in a recessed part 63 for moving the shutter which makes lower shutter section 42 of a shutter member 35 movable. A joint part 73 for joining the shutter cover 62 to the cartridge body 61 is formed between the first loading section 71 and the second loading section 72.
