PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the opening/closing operation while ensuring the waterproof function. SOLUTION: A door body 10 is turnable at the storing position and the closed position. A sealing member 14 is provided on a cut-off surface of the door body 10, and when the door body 10 is set at the closing position, a space between the door body 10 and a passage wall surface is sealed by the sealing member 14. The sealing member 14 is provided from a side edge portion to a bottom edge portion of the door body 10. Both side portions 14a of the sealing member 14 are tapered toward an entrance side of the passage, and the bottom edge portion of the sealing member 14 is lowered toward the entrance side of the passage.
