摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic intake and exhaust device capable of reducing generation of sound in opening and closing an intake and exhaust valve, and improving the control of the intake and exhaust valve. SOLUTION: Since the damper force applied to the exhaust valve open side is larger than the damper force applied to the exhaust valve closing side, the intake valve open side or the intake valve closing side, when the damper works with residual pressure in the exhaust cylinder, the damper means stands for a shock at high speed at first, and generation of sound at the time of opening the exhaust valve can surely be reduced. The damper action of the intake valve closing side is set not to be caused above a designated rotating speed of an engine, so that during high speed rotation of the engine, the intake valve can be closed early so as to rapidly compress air-fuel mixture in transition to the compression stroke of the engine. The moving speed of the piston 150 in the occurrence of the damper action is controlled so that a region where the moving speed of the piston 150 becomes constant is secured. Accordingly, the seating speed control of a valve body 1 can be controlled favorably.
