PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and certainly carry out storage operation of a bicycle to an upper stage movable frame on a two-stage bicycle parking device. SOLUTION: A balancer metal fitting 4 having a U shaped cross-section is provided in a front end of a support frame 3 fixed on an upper end of a support 1 by making an upper part of the front end part free to revolve on a free rotating roller 38 and its support shaft 39. Additionally a cam ring 43 is provided at a point toward a rear part of the support shaft 39 of this balancer fitting 4, and a cam fitting 7 having a cam groove 73 to be engaged with this cam ring 43 is pivotally installed 74 on the support frame 3 with its front part left between the support shaft 39 and the cam ring 43. Thereafter, a movable frame 5 to place a bicycle on it provided with a guide groove 56 to be engaged with the free rotating roller 38 as well as provided with a rotating roller 53 on a rear end partis engaged with the balancer fitting and the support frame 3 free to travel, a gas spring is extended and contracted through the cam fitting 7 in accordance with tilting of the movable frame 5 and the balancer fitting 4, and it is devised to reduce a weight load at the time of tilting the movable frame 5.
