PURIFIER FOR INCINERATION OF WASTE MATTER

PURPOSE: A purifier for incineration of waste matters is provided to purify air by adsorbing noxious gas, heavy metals, dioxin, CO, HCl, dust, smoke and environmental hormone in air generated from an incinerator, to maximize the combustion efficiency by re-supplying oxygen into the incinerator and to recycle nitrogen. CONSTITUTION: Waste matter is burnt out in an incinerator(1). The incinerated gas in the incinerator is sucked into a primary purifier(2) through a connecting pipe(9) and then discharged to the connecting pipe forcibly through a zeolite layer(17), a ceramic layer(16) and an active coal layer(15). Water is supplied to a water tub(22) of a cover(23) through a water feed pipe(8). The water is fed to the active coal layer, the ceramic layer and the zeolite layer through a vent hole(21) to adsorb pollutants having fatal bad effects upon the human body, including CO, HCl, dust, smoke, heavy metals and various odor as well as dioxin and environmental hormone. The primary purified air is sucked into a secondary purifier(3) to repeat the same purifying process as in the primary purifier. The air is discharged to a cooler(4), and a condensate of the cooler is circulated into the incinerator through the water circulating pipe(12). The fluid flows through a moisture remover(5) and a compressive separator(6). The fluid is divided into oxygen and nitrogen in the compressive separator. The oxygen is recirculated into the incinerator to maximize the combustion efficiency. The nitrogen is discharged to a discharge pipe(10) to be recycled.
