PURPOSE: Provided is sheet for preventing water vein and electronic waves which includes a metallic core plate with multiple copper wires placed inside the sheet and coating agent coated above so that it prevents water vein and electronic wave harmful to human body. CONSTITUTION: The sheet for preventing water vein and electronic waves is characterized by winding copper wire(3) on a core(2) in a core plate(1) with multiple cores formed in the outer circumference to connect multiple core plates by the wound copper wire for adhering to sheet paper and then coating a coating agent(4) wherein carbon, synthetic resin and bio-ceramic are mixed above the core.
