PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the temperature rise of a coil by increasing the quantity of cooling air flowing on the surface of the coil in an electric blower for cooling a motor with air produced by a fan. SOLUTION: A cooling effect is increased by making suction air led to a motor part 1, convergently flow in a slot cavity part 12 in the field 3 by a seal plate 10 with a shielding part 10b for covering a ventilation flue 11 formed by a field iron core outer peripheral part 3c and a bracket inner peripheral part 6b.
