PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module comprising a thin film circuit having at least one capacitor whose capacitance value is adjustable. SOLUTION: A module has a thin film circuit with a trimmable capacitor. At least, one conductive layer (2, 4) of the capacitor has a surface structured or patterned with recesses or cuts, as this comb-shaped design result, the actual capacitor is composed of a plurality of parallel connected capacitors, and its total capacitance value can be finely adjusted by selectively cutting the comb teeth, i.e., the capacitors into the main surface of the conductive layer (2, 4), after determining the total capacitance value.
