PURPOSE: A pusher unit of a marking device for semiconductor packages is provided which prevents a strip-type semiconductor package material from being damaged when the semiconductor package material is being transferred on a rail. CONSTITUTION: A pusher unit(100) of a marking device for semiconductor packages includes a fix block(30) moving on a straight line along a limit guide(22), being combined with a belt(20) rotated by a motor, and a guide(40) that is combined with the front part of the fix block and transferred together with the fix block. The pusher unit further has a pushing part(50) one end of which is rotatably combined with the front part of the guide and the other end of which transfers a semiconductor package material(13) along a rail, and a plunger(60) rotates the pushing part in a predetermined direction when a load exceeding a predetermined value is given to the pushing part.
