PRINTING CONTROLLER AND ITS PROGRAM STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid printing a page having the same contents with last printing repeatedly when some user makes a request to print document data shared by plural users and the document is partially altered after the user prints the document and to securely print only the altered edited page without any extra operation to avoid repetitive printing. SOLUTION: When some client makes a request to print a document file that plural clients share, a server computer SVR extracts an edited page from the document file and prints out only the edited page if some client changes the contents of the page between the last printing of the document file by some client and the current print requesting.
