PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic wave sensor that can ensure the reliability of air-tightness and improve the design performance. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic wave sensor is formed by applying insert-molding of a diaphragm 12 of a metallic plate to resin 1B and the diaphragm 12 is exposed to the outside. Thus, the outer face of the diaphragm 12 is mated with the outer face of the resin 1B at the circumference of the diaphragm 12.
