PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a size of outer circumferential contact stationary portion enough to fix an outer circumferential contact. SOLUTION: A housing 10 has an outside extension part 12 and a forward projection 11 having an outside dimension smaller than an outside extension part 12, and this forms an outer circumferential fixing parts 14A, 14B, 14C that have a hole-shape or groove-shape and open forward at the outside extension part 12. If the outer circumferential contact fixed parts 43A, 43B, 43C of the outer circumferential contacts 40A, 40B, 40C are fixed at the housing 10 by fitting them to the outer circumferential fixing parts 14A, 14B, 14C, the contact parts 45A, 45B, 45C are arranged at an outer circumferential face of the forward projection 11, and therefore, an enough size of the outer circumferential fixing parts 14A, 14B, 14C to fix the outer circumferential contacts 40A, 40B, 40C can be secured.
