SOLUTION: A relay station 20 is disposed in a position within the direct reach of radio waves from a GPS satellite 60, and satellite information based on the radio waves is radio-relayed through the relay station 20 to transmit the satellite information based on the radio waves, to an artificial satellite station 30, going around an obstruction 70. In a measuring station 10, position measurement is executed using the radio waves from the artificial satellite station 30. |
