PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal that can be downsized. SOLUTION: The communication terminal comprises a first case 100 incorporating a circuit for wireless communication or the like and of a 2nd case 300 that is configured to make near distance wireless communications with the 1st case 100, incorporates a loudspeaker and a microphone and removably mounted on the 1st case. In fitting the 2nd case 300 to the 1st case 100, the communication terminal can make communications like a conventional communication terminal, and when the 2nd case 300 is removed, only the 2nd case 300 is mounted on an ear of a talker or the like for the speech.
